Building picture perfect residential developments was always the norm alongside the day to day operations within Essential Vivendi building The Bay Filey Holiday Village.
As The Bay Filey became a finished fully operational holiday park, Essential Estates moved it's focus on to building more high quality residential and commercial developments alongside buying land and property either for it's own purpose or resale/rental.

If you are an existing home owner and you are struggling to sell your current home we can nominate our estate agent, who will assist you with the sale and manage all viewings and enquiries. We’ll pay the fees if you choose to do this in order to buy your new essential home.
